What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return on all certified devices. The product must be in the same condition as delivered. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

How long is the warranty?

Every FBN-certified device comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware and functional defects. Physical damage and software issues are excluded.
