Battery health gets measured, display checked pixel by pixel, processor stress-tested, ports inspected, and the operating system wiped and redone. We know the device's true condition, and so do you — it's all documented in every listing.

We're careful about the words we use, because words set standards. We chose "Certified Pre-Owned" so we could hold ourselves to a level we're genuinely proud of.

We grade honestly. Not optimistically. If there's a scratch on the bottom, we say so. If battery health is 87% and not 95%, you'll know. Excellent doesn't get bumped up just because it's "close enough."

Every device we restore is one less device discarded. The manufacturing of a new smartphone generates a significant carbon footprint — metals mined, components fabricated, devices shipped globally. When a certified pre-owned device gets a second life of excellent performance, none of that footprint is added.

If your package looks like it's been tampered with or damaged, don't accept it — let us know right away, we'll fix it. From the moment your device leaves us, we'll keep you up to speed — SMS, email, whatever works — so you're never left guessing.

And one last thing: when your order arrives, please record an unboxing video. Just a single, unedited take from the moment you open the package. It's how we make sure there's clear proof and accountability if something isn't right. That's fair for both of us.
