Every eligible product is professionally inspected, tested, diagnosed, refurbished where applicable, and quality-checked before dispatch — so you're covered against verified hardware defects, backed by a fair and transparent process.

At FeelsBrandNew, every eligible product undergoes professional inspection, testing, diagnostics, refurbishment (where applicable), and quality assurance checks prior to dispatch. This Limited Warranty is intended to provide customers with protection against verified hardware defects arising during normal use, while ensuring a fair and transparent process for all parties.
This Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from FeelsBrandNew through its website, marketplace storefronts, authorized sales channels, or approved corporate sales programs.
Warranty coverage depends on the category your product falls under:
Category A — Refurbished (3-Month Warranty)
- Apple MacBooks, iPhones & iPads
- Microsoft Surface Devices
- Dell & Lenovo Laptops
- Tiny PCs & Refurbished Tablets
Category B — Brand-New Products
AI Glasses, Bluetooth & NFC Speakers, Chargers, Adapters, Cables and other new accessories are covered by the respective manufacturer's, supplier's, or brand owner's warranty. FeelsBrandNew may facilitate support as a convenience but isn't responsible for third-party decisions.
Category C — Open-Box, Unused & Sealed
Packaging or seal condition alone does not determine functionality, quality, or warranty eligibility. Coverage is governed by the terms disclosed on the listing, invoice, or warranty card.
The applicable warranty period is clearly stated on the product page, the invoice, and the warranty card (if issued). Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.
All warranty claims must be raised within the applicable warranty period specified in the product listing, invoice, warranty card, or manufacturer documentation. Unless otherwise stated, refurbished products carry a limited warranty of three (3) months from the date of delivery. Claims reported after expiry are deemed time-barred and do not qualify for repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or any other remedy.
To raise a claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs
- Videos (if requested)
- Serial number or IMEI details (if requested)
Submitting a product for inspection, diagnostics, repair, warranty evaluation, replacement processing, or transit to service facilities shall not suspend, pause, restart, renew, extend, or otherwise affect the original warranty period.
Customers acknowledge that refurbished products are pre-owned devices that may contain components previously used by prior owners, have undergone testing and refurbishment where necessary, and are not represented as factory-new products.
Battery coverage applies only where the battery fails completely, does not charge, cannot retain charge due to hardware failure, or falls below the minimum disclosed health threshold during warranty.

Subject to verification, the warranty covers genuine hardware failures arising during normal intended use.

Brand-New Products
- Manufacturing defects

If a valid warranty claim is approved, FeelsBrandNew may, at its sole discretion, choose any of the following:
- Diagnose the issue
- Repair the defective product
- Replace defective components
- Replace the product with an identical unit
- Replace the product with an equivalent unit
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund where no commercially reasonable alternative exists
Where identical inventory is unavailable, FeelsBrandNew may provide an equivalent replacement matching, as closely as commercially possible, the product category, screen size range, RAM and storage capacity, processor class, functional capabilities, and cosmetic grade.
The Company does not guarantee identical serial numbers, IMEI numbers, battery health percentages above the minimum disclosed threshold, manufacturing dates, cosmetic markings, or internal component brands. Equivalent replacement constitutes full satisfaction of the approved warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover operating system issues, Windows or macOS updates, application crashes, driver conflicts, third-party software incompatibility, malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, cybersecurity incidents, user-installed software, or user configuration errors. Software-related issues do not constitute hardware defects.
FeelsBrandNew does not warrant that future operating system updates, firmware updates, security patches, application updates, or manufacturer software changes will be free of issues or maintain existing device functionality.
FeelsBrandNew does not warrant compatibility with third-party software, specialized applications, enterprise environments, docking stations, printers, external displays, adapters, accessories, or proprietary hardware. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.
The following do not constitute defects unless materially impairing normal functionality:
- Isolated dead or stuck pixels, sub-pixel variations
- IPS glow & backlight bleed
- Colour temperature or brightness variations
- Minor pressure marks & display ageing characteristics
- Manufacturing tolerances
Warranty does not cover claims relating to benchmark scores, gaming performance, fan noise, thermal behaviour, processor throttling within OEM specifications, rendering performance, or user-perceived performance expectations. Performance characteristics consistent with the product's design do not constitute defects.
Water resistance may diminish over time due to age, use, refurbishment, repairs, or normal wear and tear. Any damage resulting from water, moisture, liquid exposure, or fluid ingress is excluded from return, replacement, refund, and warranty coverage.
For AI Glasses and AI-enabled products, warranty does not cover AI output quality, AI accuracy, AI hallucinations, subscription interruptions, cloud service outages, feature discontinuation, third-party AI provider failures, regional feature restrictions, or manufacturer-made changes. Such events do not constitute hardware defects.
Warranty does not cover wireless interference, Bluetooth pairing issues caused by third-party devices, network conditions, range limitations, environmental interference, or compatibility limitations of third-party devices.
Warranty is void in the event of the following, resulting from impact, pressure, liquid exposure, misuse, neglect, or customer-induced damage:
Warranty immediately becomes void if security seals are removed, the device is opened, repaired by unauthorized personnel, components are replaced, soldering work is performed, motherboard modifications occur, rooting or jailbreaking occurs, or firmware is modified.
Every product sold by FeelsBrandNew is digitally recorded through serial numbers, IMEI numbers, asset tags, internal inventory identifiers, and photographic records.
Warranty claims may be rejected where serial or IMEI numbers do not match, asset tags are removed, internal components have been substituted, or product identity cannot be verified. Suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.
Warranty does not cover SIM restrictions, carrier restrictions, network compatibility issues, eSIM limitations, telecom blacklisting, or network operator actions.
Before submitting a product for service, customers must:
- Retain the original invoice and maintain proof of purchase
- Cooperate with diagnostics
- Back up all data before service
- Remove passwords and account locks
- Remove iCloud, Google, Microsoft and MDM restrictions before submission
Warranty service does not include data backup, migration, recovery, password recovery, forensic recovery, or recovery of encrypted data. FeelsBrandNew shall not be liable for any loss of data.
Where a product carries an active manufacturer warranty, claims may be serviced through the manufacturer's authorized service network. FeelsBrandNew may assist as a goodwill service, but warranty decisions remain subject to manufacturer policies.
Any repaired or replacement product continues only for the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty period. No new warranty period commences.
FeelsBrandNew reserves the right to reject claims involving fraudulent representations, product swapping, serial number mismatch, repeated frivolous claims, abuse of support channels, misleading evidence, or bad-faith warranty submissions.
Warranty service timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply-chain disruptions, import restrictions, transportation disruptions, labour shortages, or parts shortages.
Warranty service is available only within Mumbai, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelsBrandNew shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any consequential, indirect, special, or incidental damages.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy shall limit any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All warranty claims remain subject to inspection, technical evaluation, serial number verification, fraud screening, root-cause analysis, and eligibility assessment.
A warranty should be as honest as the inspection behind it — clear, fair, and verified.
