Our Feels Brand New Standard is a structured, category-specific process carried out by trained specialists using proper diagnostic tools. For laptops, that means physical and structural inspection, display quality testing for dead pixels , processor and GPU stress testing to catch overheating, battery health verification, full port and connectivity testing, software and OS clearance. For phones and tablets, the process is adapted to the device — but the standard is the same.

If a device fails at any point, it doesn't get relisted after a quick fix. It goes back. We don't negotiate with our own process.

We also offer extended warranty options for those who want longer coverage. Not because we expect things to go wrong — our certification process is specifically designed to prevent that — but because we understand that peace of mind has real value, especially on a device you'll use every day.
