4. Order Processing & Pickup
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, the following process begins:
Pickup Scheduling
A pickup from our warehouse is scheduled. You'll receive a confirmation notification via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with date and time window. You can request to reschedule before the assigned time if needed.
Processing Time
24–48 hours for quality-check, packing, and preparation for dispatch. This does not include transit time. Pickup operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
5. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch across all locations within Mumbai.

8. Order Tracking

Our logistics team proactively tracks each shipment and provides daily Turnaround Time (TAT) updates. Any delays are flagged and communicated immediately.
9. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partner makes up to 3 delivery attempts at your address. If delivery cannot be completed:

Can be scheduled upon request. May be subject to applicable re-delivery charges.
Appointment Deliveries
Pre-scheduled at a specific date and time of your choosing. Contact our support team to arrange.
📮 Third-Location Deliveries
Delivery to an address other than the order address can be arranged. Notify us before dispatch.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos/video, and issue description.
We will prioritise resolution by arranging a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Reverse Logistics & Returns
Reverse pickup services are available for eligible returns and exchanges. A pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address upon confirmation of a valid return request by our team. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility criteria and timelines.
