We Grade Honestly — Even if It Costs Us

If there's a faint scratch you'd never notice, we still mention it. If a battery is at 88%, we say 88%. No vague "excellent battery life" fluff. If a device should be graded "Very Good" instead of "Excellent," that's what we call it — even if it means it'll take longer to sell.

We made this decision early and we've stuck with it. Customers who get what they expect — or sometimes better — come back. Those who feel misled don't. We'd much rather build customer loyalty through trust.

Our Feels Brand New Standard is a structured, category-specific process carried out by trained specialists using proper diagnostic tools.

For laptops: physical and structural inspection, display quality testing for dead pixels, processor and GPU stress testing to catch overheating, battery health verification, full port and connectivity testing, software and OS clearance.

For phones and tablets, the process is adapted to the device — but the standard is the same. If a device fails at any point, it doesn't get relisted after a quick fix. It goes back. We don't negotiate with our own process.

We're Accountable for Every Device

Every device comes with warranty coverage — the duration and terms vary by product, and we make sure they're clearly stated on every listing before you buy. We also offer extended warranty options for those who want longer coverage.

Not because we expect things to go wrong — our certification process is specifically designed to prevent that — but because we understand that peace of mind has real value, especially on a device you'll use every day.

And here's one small request: when your device arrives, record a quick unboxing video. It doesn't need to be fancy — just hit record when you open the package. That way, if anything isn't as promised, you've got proof, and we've got accountability. It's fair for everyone.

We're not a faceless marketplace where third-party sellers list whatever they want and you hope for the best. Every product on our platform has been sourced, tested, and certified by us. We own what we sell.

We currently serve Mumbai, with plans to expand. We chose to start with one city and do it properly rather than launch everywhere and do it poorly. That decision is intentional — and we think it says something about how we operate.
